While we are a team, first and foremost, at Dynamic Planner – we understand we are all individuals within that wider culture and environment. We all have competing priorities alongside work, like being a parent or being a carer – and particularly at the moment against the backdrop of the coronavirus crisis. Ultimately, family comes first, which is why each Dynamic Planner team member is fully supported to work flexibly and work remotely where possible. The work-life balance is a two-way street. We find if you give a little, you get a lot back from brilliant and brilliantly committed people.

The culture on teams across the business is one of collaboration and sharing knowledge – while individuals have every opportunity – and regularly take them – to successfully pursue leading professional qualifications in their field alongside their daily role. Further, every team member has a Personal Development Plan and evolving individual goals they agree on and work towards alongside their manager.

At Dynamic Planner, we pride ourselves on fostering an inclusive and a diverse work culture, where we genuinely care about one another – and work together as and across teams. Individual views and opinions are respected and listened to and team members are supported if they have wider issues they are dealing with, at or outside work. People’s health and mental wellbeing is paramount. Yes, we are colleagues in a work setting, but we are also friends, and are there to support and encourage each other when people need it most. We pride ourselves on having the ability and strong team to be able to work remotely whilst still delivering top class service to our clients.

We are a small enough organisation – currently totalling approximately 75 team members – to genuinely encourage an entrepreneurial spirit – you really can get involved in exciting, big projects. There is of course a time to knuckle down and focus on those tasks, but equally we recognise that there is a time to enjoy the sociable side of work, which includes regular company gatherings, like an all-company offsite day in the summer, or something more informal like joining the Dynamic Planner team at a local pub quiz.
